First H&P (History and Physical) done in PD Lab. The toughest part about writing the H&P for the first time was figuring out which pieces of information were pertinent and whether or not they belong in the HPI (History of Present Illness).
My H&P revolved around a patient whose chief complaint was chest pain. We tend to immediately think of the heart when a patient complains of chest pain. Attached is a video to a cardiologist explaining how to properly diagnose heart-related chest pain.
